Randomly Controlled Study of Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated by Apitherapy Based on Heat-Sensitive Point

【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect based on apitherapy on heat-sensitive point. 【Method】 60 cases have been divided into two groups randomly and there were 30 cases in each group. The main syndromes has been recorded in each group.

【Result】Compared to the condition before treatment, all the values of main syndrome have improved, and the difference has statistical significance; compared the apitherapy group, the main syndromes in apitherapy based on heat-sensitive point have been more improved and the difference has statistical significance.

【Conclusion】Both of apitherapy and heat-sensitive therapy have clinical therapeutic effect, and the united treatment has synergistic effect.

基于热敏点蜂刺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床对照研究

【目的】探讨基于热敏点蜂刺疗法对强直性脊柱炎的疗效。

【方法】将60 例AS 患者分为蜂刺治疗组和 热敏点蜂刺治疗组，每组各30 例。记录两组患者临床主要症状。

【结果】与治疗前相比，两组患者主要症 状有所改善，差异有统计学意义；与蜂刺治疗组相比，热敏点蜂刺治疗组在主要症状、体征改善情况更好，差异有统计学意义。

【结论】蜂刺疗法和热敏灸疗法，两种疗法疗效确切，联合治疗AS 有协同作用。
