Research on the Therapeutic Effect of Bee Venom on Cardiac
Failure

This study aims to explore the effect and the possible
therapeutic mechanism of whole bee venom on cardiac failure, in order to
provide the experimental evidence for the clinical application of bee venom
anti-heart failure.
Few researches have been done to discover the effect of bee
venom in the treatment of heart disease at home and abroad. This experiment
observed the therapeutic effect of the venom solution of mice with heart
failure, and explored its functioning mechanism by measuring the physiological
parameters of the heart.
The results show that bee venom solution can improve the
heart function of mice, alleviate the symptoms of cardiac failure. The extent
of heart / body weight ratio decreases are: venom dose group (40%) > control
group (30%) > captopril group (28%) > venom high-dose bee venom group
(14%) > low-dose bee venom group (9%). From the heart rate changes, high-dose
bee venom group (319bpm) > captopril group (296 bpm)> control group (256
bpm)> medium-to-low-dose bee venom group (240 bpm). B-type natriuretic
peptide (BNP) assay shows that high-dose bee venom group (147.5pg/ml) >
control group (130 pg/ml) > low-dose bee vonom group (80 pg/ml) >
captopril group (75 pg/ml) > medium-dose bee vonom group (55 pg/ml). In
summary, the high-dose group (0.005mg/20g) can increase the heart rate in the
short term and is superior to the clinical treatment of heart failure drug,
captopril.

蜂毒对心衰的治疗作用研究

本研究旨在探究全蜂毒对心脏衰竭的影响及可能的作用机制,为临床应用蜂毒抗心衰提供实验依据。目前国内外对于蜂毒在心脏疾病方面的治疗效果的研究较少,本实验主要观察蜂毒水溶液对小白鼠心衰的
治疗作用,并通过对心脏各项生理指标的测定,探讨其作用机制。结果表明,蜂毒水溶液可改善小鼠心功
能,心衰的症状减轻,心脏/体重比值降低幅度为:蜂毒中剂量组(40%)>对照组(30%)>卡托普利组(28%)> 蜂毒高剂量组(14%)>蜂毒低剂量组(9%)。从心率变化情况看,蜂毒低、中剂量组(240
bpm)<对照组(256
bpm)<卡托普利组(296 bpm)<蜂毒高剂量组(319bpm)。B 型尿钠肽(BNP)的测定结果显示,蜂毒中剂量组55 pg/ml<卡托普利组75 pg/ml<蜂毒低剂量组80 pg/ml<对照组130 pg/ml<蜂毒高剂量组 147.5pg/ml。综上所述,中剂量组(0.003mg/20g)能有效抑制心率进程并优于临床心衰常用药物卡托普利。
