Antioxidant Activity of Royal Jelly Protease Hydrolyzate in
vivo

By measuring the antioxidant activity of the Royal jelly
protein hydrolyzate in vivo, the results shows that royal jelly protein hydrolyzate,
in a certain dose, can increase D-galactose aging model mouse serum and the activity
of SOD and GSH-Px in liver tissue more sharply than royal jelly protein and
vitamin C. And royal jelly protein hydrolyzate can also significantly lower the
degree of MDA in the body, which indicates that royal jelly protein hydrolyzate
has a good anti-oxidation and anti-aging effect for mice. Further exploration
on mechanism is needed.

蜂王浆蛋白酶解物的体内抗氧化活性研究

对王浆蛋白酶解物进行体内抗氧化活性测定,结果表明王浆蛋白酶解物在某些剂量下比王浆蛋白和维
生素C
更能显著提高D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠血清和肝脏组织中SOD 和GSH-Px
的活性,并且显著降低其体 内MDA 的含量,说明王浆蛋白酶解物对小鼠具有良好的体内抗氧化防衰老作用,其作用机理还需要进一步
探讨。
